Such a fascinating background and process. I am always amazed at what some artists can do with a palette knife. Plein Air events are stressful! Hats off to Cynthia!

Cynthia Rosen is one of my favorite artists. She's also an excellent teacher and a warm, very knowledgable, supportive, and encouraging human being. Thais was a very enjoyable interview and different from the usual artist interviews I've read.

Thanks! I wondered the same thing about finding time for art while raising six children, and loved learning about how she encouraged them to draw on the kitchen formica.

I have an artist friend whose parents gave her buckets of paint to do her bedroom walls. I grew up in military housing that would NOT fly! 😆
